Registered sex offender Gilbert Velazquez is facing two counts of indecent exposure. Investigators say on two separate occasions, Velazquez drove around Bellaire, called women over to his vehicle under the guise he needed directions and exposed himself.
The women were able to get Velazquez's license plate number. Police used the information to track him down and arrest him. He's already on probation for indecency with a child.
