It happened just before 7am on Arboles Street near Landsdowne.
HPD says it started as a feud between neighbors and then this morning, two masked men barged into a residence. Somehow one man was unmasked and was identified by the resident as a neighbor.
That suspect then holed up in an apartment alone and refused to communicate with police. He eventually surrendered to officers without incident.
