The Galveston County Daily News reports that the dogs attacked at the condos on Galveston's East End.
First, they went after a woman's Corgi-mix breed, who suffered a few bites and scratches. Minutes later, the dogs attacked a miniature husky and her owner. The husky needed surgery for her wounds.
It's the third dog attack in a month on the island. The first was by a pair of Rottweilers and the second by a pit bull that got loose.
