According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a woman and two men were allegedly about to rob a hair salon on Rankin Road when the salon owner saw one of them walking up in a ski mask.
The store owner ran and closed the door, officials said, and the suspects fled when they saw this.
The owner's assistant called 911 and officers caught up to the suspects' vehicle, but the driver would not stop, authorities said.
Deputies said the two male suspects got out of the vehicle and the female was apprehended when the chase ended on Spears Rd. at Gears Rd. Both men ran away, but one of them was caught and taken into custody.
Officials are still looking for the third suspect. No description was immediately available.
