According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the man's body was discovered just before 10am in a ditch off Ladin near the Magnolia Gardens subdivision.
Authorities do not know how he died, but they believe the body was dumped there.
No identity has been released. Officials said they found a birth certificate on the man, but they are not sure if it's his.
