2nd annual Food Truck festival to be held this weekend

HOUSTON

It's a one-stop shop at the 2nd annual Haute Wheels Houston Food Truck Festival. At least 34 food trucks are participating this year, serving everything from tacos and barbeque, to creole and vegan.

"They always want to taste something different than your normal food. So why not have food trucks out here and really give the kids something different to try out every day," said truck vendor Louis Cantu.

The festival is happening both Saturday and Sunday at Houston Community College Southwest, on the West Loop campus, from noon until 5pm. Tickets are $16 each, benefitting the HCC Foundation.
