Robert Keith Lee Knight, 41, is charged with sexual assault. According to court documents, a 52-year-old woman told police that on April 10 she went on a second dinner date with Knight, whom she had met at a Webster night club.
The victim told police while they were at dinner, she had one drink and then went to the restroom. When she returned to the table, she says a fresh drink was already there. She said she remembers taking one sip from the second drink and then has no memory of anything else until she woke up in Knight's hotel bedroom partially naked, as he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The victim had a rape test conducted at a local hospital, and submitted clothing for DNA samples.
Bail has been set at $30,000 in the case.
