The Chicago Sun-Times reports Rose's long-time girlfriend, Mieka Blackman Reese, is expecting their first child next fall.
According to columnist Stella Foster, the couple first met at the Excalibur nightclub four years ago.
Reese, 24, is a stylist. Rose has appeared as a model on her website.
The Chicago Bulls host the New York Knicks Tuesday night at the United Center at 8:30 p.m. Rose might sit out after tweaking his ankle in Sunday's game.
