Shots fired outside downtown Houston restaurant

HOUSTON

It happened around 1am outside Spaghetti Warehouse on Commerce Street.

According to police, the gunman had an argument with someone inside the restaurant. Investigators said it spilled outside and the suspect opened fire on individuals in a vehicle.

No one was injured.

When officers arrived, the man tried to flee the scene by hopping on a METRO light rail train, but he was caught and arrested.

Adam Ismael Brandenberger, 24, was charged with disorderly conduct and discharging of a firearm.

A 17-year-old female with him was also arrested and charged with public intoxication.
