It happened just before midnight at the Waterfall Park apartments on Corporate near Triola in southwest Houston. Police say Henry Hernandez, 19, was standing outside his apartment waiting forhis brother to return home when he was approached by an unknown suspect and shot several times.
Paramedics transported Hernandez to Memorial Hermann Hospital with life threatening injuries. He is listed in critical condition.
