David Amador, 19, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age. According to court documents, in November 2011, Amador was babysitting a 3-year-old male relative while the child's parents went out on a date. The boy told his father that Amador sexually assaulted him, even though he tried to fight back and scream for help.
The boy's father reportedly confronted Amador, but the teen denied the allegations. He has since moved out of his residence and cannot be found, according to the court documents.
Bail in the case has been set at $30,000.
