It happened around 6am on Airline near West Mount Houston.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the man was driving south on Airline at a high rate of speed when he lost control, hit a curb and rolled his car.
Officials said he was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. He died at the scene.
The man's body will be tested to determine if he was driving while intoxicated, deputies said. His name was not released.
