The shooting happened around 9:15pm on Scott Street near Southlawn.
Officers say a man was driving on Scott Street when people started shooting at his car. The driver tried to evade the shooters then ran into another car.
The man getting shot at then took off running.
Officers have not made arrests or found the man who ran off.
No other details were immediately available.
