Travis County Jail records did not list 32-year-old Holly Lopez of Pflugerville as being in custody Thursday.
An affidavit Wednesday said Lopez faces charges of aggravated sexual assault and having an improper relationship with a student. She allegedly provided condoms and had sex with both boys on Feb. 11 at the older child's home.
A school directory lists Lopez as a special education teacher at Lexington Middle School in Lexington, about 50 miles east of Austin. She allegedly had been helping the younger boy with math.
Messages left with the district were not immediately returned Thursday. Lopez could also not immediately be reached.
