It happened around 2am Tuesday. The 29-year-old victim was hit as he walked along the Gulf Freeway feeder near Mosley Road. He was taken to Bean Taub General Hospital in serious condition suffering from some broken bones.
Police say the suspect was driving a black Chevy Avalanche and fled the scene.
