In December of 2011, a victim filed a report with the Harris County Sheriff's Department about his identity being stolen. Investigators say the suspect made numerous unauthorized purchases using the victim's ID.
The suspect also reportedly tampered with the victim's existing accounts and made purchases exceeding $18,000 without the victim's consent.
The suspect was captured on surveillance video. He's described as a white male in his early 30s to late 40s with a medium build and short brown hair. He's been seen driving a white pickup truck.
