It happened around 1am at the restaurant on Beltway 8 near Wilson Road.
Deputies say several masked suspects stormed into the restaurant demanding cash. At some point, shots were fired and a manager was hit. That employee went to the hospital, and was later released.
The suspects took off, but their vehicle was spotted by a DPS state trooper a short time later. As the trooper gave chase, the driver lost control and slammed into a wood pole. The suspects ran away. Two were caught.
There is no word if any others were able to escape.
