The transgender widow of a fallen Wharton firefighter is expected to spend some time behind bars.

Nikki Araguz will be in court on Friday where she's expected to plead guilty to felony theft. She's accused of stealing a Rolex watch from a woman at a bar earlier this year.

Araguz, meanwhile, continues to fight for her husband's death benefits. A judge ruled her marriage to firefighter Thomas Araguz was not legally binding because Nikki was born a man.
