The Grayson County Sheriff's Office says Errin William Luton of Southmayd was indicted Wednesday on a charge of theft over $20,000 by a public servant.
Luton, who was fired last week and arrested Wednesday, is free on $10,000 bond. A message left for an attorney for Luton was not immediately returned Thursday to The Associated Press.
Sheriff Keith Gary says Texas Rangers are helping with the investigation of thefts allegedly going back to June.
