FBI: Bank robber threatens teller with bomb in note

HOUSTON

The robbery happened around 1:35pm Tuesday at a bank inside a grocery store in the 5200 block of West 34th Street, according to the Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force. A man approached a teller and handed a note demanding money and state he had a bomb.

The teller handed the suspect cash and he fled. No one was injured during the robbery.

The robber is described a black male, between 25 and 27 years old, approximately 5'10 and weighs around 145-150 pounds. The man has a slim build, a dark complexion and he was clean shaven. He wore a baseball hat with a green bill, a brown plaid shirt and jeans.
