Sheriff's deputies say there was a large party at Brenda's Reception Hall in the 14600 block of Beechnut near Texas 6 when a fight broke out around 2am.
The fight spilled into the parking lot where someone pulled a gun and started shooting, officials said.
Three men and one woman were shot. They were taken to Southwest Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
The shooter fled the scene.
Authorities are trying to figure out what started the fight and track down the shooter.
