Fugitive with local ties added to Most Wanted list

Hilario Figirova, Jr. is wanted in connection to a 2008 attempted murder and has warrants for aggravated assault and engaging in organized criminal activity.

A 29-year-old man with ties to Brazoria County has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Authorities are offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Hilario Figirova, Jr., whose last known address was in Victoria, according to Texas DPS. He is wanted in connection to a 2008 attempted murder and has warrants for aggravated assault and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Figirova is affiliated with the Hermandad de Pistoleros Latinos gang, and has previously been convicted of Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Theft, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, various drug-related charges and Escape. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities say Figirova also has possible ties to the Lake Jackson and San Antonio area.

Figirova, who also goes by Dirty Penny and Youngster, Jr., is 5 feet and 8 inches tall and has several tattoos: "HPILARIO JR" on the center of his upper chest; "Rachel," "Lalo," praying hands, and a cross around his left arm; and tribal art on inside right forearm. He also has a scar on top of his right hand.
