We're learning new information about the owner of a small plane that crash landed in Waller County earlier this week and was found to have contained about a hundred pounds of marijuana. Investigators say the owner survived a plane crash in Georgia just last year.

They say Carl Slack parachuted out of the plane before it went down in Burke County, Georgia, in October 2010. Investigators say about three weeks ago, he bought the plane that crash landed in Brookshire.

Investigators haven't been able to find him. No one was found after the most recent crash.
