Anfernee Williams was shot and killed on the night of November 8 at an apartment complex off Chisholm Trail near Rankin in north Harris County. Detectives believe the attack was random and spontaneous. on Wednesday, they released a sketch of who they believe is the gunman. They believe he lives in the area where Williams was killed.
Williams' sister says she's lost without him.
"I feel in my heart there is no reason things happened the way they did... because he was a very good boy," said April St. Jewels.
