Police seek woman who allegedly stabbed boyfriend

HOUSTON

Police say back on September 17, Angel Lee Rankin called Steven Willis to help her after her car stalled on West Airport Boulevard. When he arrived, Rankin was trying to pry open her damaged hood with a paring knife. Court documents state Willis told her it was stupid to use a knife to open the hood and they argued.

Willis then bent over, walked away from the car and collapsed. He suffered a stab wound to the chest and was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Rankin, 34, faces murder charges in his death. If you have any information on her whereabouts, you are urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. You never have to give your name and you could receive a $5,000 cash reward.
