Tarrant County Sheriff's Department spokesman Terry Grisham says the crash happened Tuesday morning about five miles northwest of Saginaw.
Grisham told The Associated Press that the small plane had "multiple occupants." He had no immediate information on how many people had been hurt or the extent of their injuries. Grisham says the victims have been transported to Fort Worth hospitals.
Grisham also had no details on where the flight originated or its destination.
A Federal Aviation Administration spokesman had no immediate details.
