Melvin James Bell, 25, and Kierra Nicole Benjamin, 19, are charged with compelling prostitution. Court documents show undercover vice officers responded to an online ad and met Melvin Bell and a juvenile female at a Sun Suites Motel on October 23.
Authorities say, according to court documents, that Bell and Benjamin took naked photos of the juvenile, posted them on the website and provided the motel room.
Bond is set at $30,000 for each.
