Suspect sought in 3 Pasadena gas station robberies

Police need your help identifying this suspect believed to be responsible for at least three gas station robberies in the Pasadena area during September.

Pasadena police are asking for assistance from the public in identifying an aggravated robbery suspect who is believed to be responsible for at least three gas station robberies in the Pasadena area during the month of September.

According to police, the suspect entered each gas station during afternoon hours, displayed a knife and demanded money. The locations, dates and times are as follows:

  • 09/12 at 12:45pm: Shell Station at Fairmont Parkway and Preston
  • 09/20 at 1:03pm: Chevron Station at Fairmont Parkway and Preston
  • 09/25 at 4:54pm: Mobil Station at 2700 Strawberry Road

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male 5 foot 5 to 5 foot 7 inches, between 130 and 150 pounds with short black hair and a goatee. He was wearing sunglasses, a long sleeve blue-gray sweatshirt, possibly matching pants and white gloves.

The suspect's vehicle is a tan or gray newer model SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition, and on at least one occasion it was driven by an Hispanic female.

All callers will remain anonymous upon request; and, if any Crime Stoppers information leads to an arrest or the filing of felony charges, the tipster will be eligible for up to a $5,000 cash reward.
