SH 146 in Chambers County earlier in the afternoon. Law enforcement located him a short time later and suspect took off, speeding down roads in northeast Harris County, including Wallisville Rd. and FM 2100.

According to police, the suspect got on the East Freeway eastbound, speeding at around 80 mph. Authorities had blocked off a portion of I-10 to try to end the chase, however, the suspect drove over a median and got onto the feeder road before turning south on Garth Road and pulling into the parking lot of San Jacinto Mall.
