Extreme couponing is catching on across the country but some stores are now saying enough is enough.

More stores are tightening their coupon policies this year.

CVS has announced no shelf-clearing is allowed. Kroger is saying no to stacking paper coupons and e-coupons. And with Target, you only get one "buy-one get-one" coupon per purchase.

Other stores changing their policy include Rite Aid and Giant Eagle.
