Lockdown lifted at San Jacinto College central campus

PASADENA, TX

At about 1:25pm Monday, the college posted on its website that its Administration and Annex offices were under lockdown. It went on to say that "Pasadena PD are in the area looking for a tall Hispanic male wearing a maroon shirt and black pants. He robbed the Shell station at Fairmont and Preston and fled on foot."

A spokesperson for the college added that the suspect shed his maroon shirt and was wearing a white t-shirt.

By about 2:10pm, a college representative told Eyewitness News the lockdown order had been lifted. There's no immediate word on the suspect.
