Police say according to witnesses at about 3:15pm Monday, Juan Carlos Villalobos had recently purchased a Harley Davidson motorcycle and was learning to ride it in the parking lot of the Dilston House Apartments at 7900 Westheimer in west Houston. Villalobos was headed eastbound towards a locked gate when he lost control and struck a parked Buick, then struck a brick wall next to a gate.
Villalobos, 40, suffered head trauma and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
