The Brazoria County Sheriff's Office received a call just after 11pm about a robbery at a home in the 9000 block of FM 1462. The victim says two unidentified armed men wearing ski masks and dark clothing entered the home.
The intruders reportedly ordered the victim and his family to the floor and began demanding money. The victims were then reportedly assaulted by the suspects.
Investigators say the suspects took off in a tan Buick four-door vehicle. Deputies spotted the vehicle and a chase ensued.
The suspects' vehicle crashed and the suspects fled on foot. Deputies were unable to catch them.
