ConroeISD.net was hacked July 10 by someone who left behind online graffiti, calling him or herself 'Elmo,' the loveable character from Sesame Street. We've now learned the cyber criminal accessed one file and downloaded another.
Parents of students at McCullough and Peet Junior High schools have been notified to keep an eye on their child's student accounts just in case. The files contained a 6-digit ID number, but no addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, school records or Social Security numbers.
