The order applies to people in Hedwig Village, Hunters Creek and Piney Point. Even numbered addresses may only water outdoors between midnight and 3am. Odd numbered addresses - between 4am and 7am.
The water authority says storage tanks are dropping to levels that threaten firefighting abilities.
