Firefighters had to pry two men from a vehicle after a wreck on the Katy Freeway.

It happened around 2:30am Sunday on the Katy Freeway at Silber.

Officials said the driver of a sports utility vehicle was trying to exit at Silber but missed the ramp.

The vehicle slammed into plastic barrels along a retaining wall.

Houston firefighters used heavy rescue equipment to get the driver and passenger out of the vehicle.
