Officials say a 17-year-old man barricaded himself inside an apartment unit. It was unclear if he was armed or if anyone else was inside.
SWAT officers surrounded the unit and coaxed the man to surrender without incident.
According to police, the man was trying to commit suicide. No shots were fired.
The suspect was taken to an area hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
