Armed robbery in NW Harris County caught on video

HOUSTON On June 23 a little before noon, a man walked into the business in the 4000 block of Spring Cypress Road. Investigators say the suspect asked a female employee if the bar and grill was open, and then went to the restroom.

He came out of the restroom and stood near the front door. That's when he pulled out a gun and approached the victim, demanding cash from the register.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, along with the victim's belongings.

The suspect is described as a white male between 30 and 40 years of age, standing between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10, weighing between 190 and 210 pounds. He was wearing a light colored shirt, blue jean pants and an orange cap. The vehicle he reportedly got away in is a white Ford SUV, possibly an Explorer.
