Suspected robbers lead police on chase

HOUSTON The chase came to an end around 10:50am at an apartment complex on Pinemont near Alabonson. An officer spotted the suspect's vehicle on Highway 290 and gave chase. The suspects got off the freeway and ended up on Pinemont. They jumped out but they were quickly taken into custody in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

Several officers were involved in the chase and K-9 units. No one was injured during the chase.

Police say the men robbed and stole from several different people at gunpoint during the morning, getting more and more aggressive with each crime.
