Two suspects sought in cell phone store robbery

HOUSTON

Around noon on June 3, police say two suspects entered the Cell Proz store at 7030 Addicks Clodine Rd. and pretended to be customers. The first suspect selected a phone and approached a store employee. When the employee turned his back, the second suspect jumped over the counter, put a gun to the employee's head and ordered him to lock the door. The employee was placed on the floor and robbed of his personal belongings before being hit in the head and left in the bathroom with his wrists tied.

The suspects then stayed in the store for approximately 15 minutes, taking numerous merchandise items.

The first suspect is described as a heavy-set black male, about 6 foot 1 to 6 foot 3, wearing a black hat, black T-shirt and green and black army-style pants. The second suspect is described as a black male, weighing 240 to 250 pounds, 6 foot 1 to 6 foot 3, wearing a black T-shirt and light blue jeans.
