Williams, 31, and Hewitt, 19, were arrested on Thursday. Anderson, 22, was arrested on Wednesday. All three are being held without bond.
Williams has two previous convictions in Harris County for robbery from 1998 and 2003.
Three accused of stealing hair extensions
HOUSTON
Carl Ray Williams, Dwain Trenell Hewitt and Isiah Anderson have all been charged with theft. They are all accused of stealing 234 bags of hair extensions owned by Charles Pauls. The extensions are valued at more than $20,000.
