300 pounds of pot seized from semi in Montgomery Co.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says in the early morning hours Tuesday, deputies found an abandoned vehicle on the side of Highway 59 just north of FM 1314. The motor was running and the trailer was partially on the highway, creating a traffic hazard. The vehicle was unoccupied and inside the cab of the truck deputies found several large bundles of marijuana.
Authorities say the investigation is continuing and no arrests have been made.
