ID theft suspect wanted by police

HOUSTON

In June 2006, officers executed a search warrant at Nguyen's residence located near the 5000 block of Glenmont, after developing probable cause of credit card abuse. Officers found several electronic items such as cameras, IPods, and stereos at Nguyen's address that had been purchased with stolen credit card information. Nguyen and an accomplice were making these unauthorized purchases with the victim's stolen identity and selling the items on the internet.

Nguyen was charged with two felony counts with a no bond and a misdemeanor count with a $5,000 bond.

Nguyen is described as an Asian male, 26 years old, 5 foot 6, weighing 160 lbs, with black hair, brown eyes, and light complexion.

Hien Quang Nguyen's last known address is near the 5000 block of Glenmont in Houston.
