Houston councilmember Jolanda Jones is now responding to the Office of Inspector General investigation against her.

She released a statement shortly before 10pm Sunday, saying she'll cooperate fully with the city's process after the report.

It concluded she improperly used city resources when creating a flier.

Councilmember Mike Sullivan filed a complaint Friday, and that could pave the way for punishment from council.

Jones has been out of town and says she just read the OIG report.

She says she's confident she acted under acceptable standards of conduct.
