It happened around 2am Sunday outside a bar on Wentworth and Dowling on Houston's south side near Texas 288.
Police said four people were leaving the bar and were walking down Wentworth to their car when a red Chevrolet Impala drove by.
Someone inside the Impala opened fire on the group, hitting the two men and two women.
All four victims were transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in stable condition.
According to officials, none of the shots were life-threatening.
The Impala sped away and the shooter is at large. It is unknown how many people were in the car. Witnesses only saw the driver.
