Suspect sought in triple shooting in NW Houston

Authorities are asking for the public's assistance with any information on the location of a man wanted in the fatal shooting of one person and the wounding of two others.

On May 2, Pedro Rodriguez was involved in an altercation with four neighbors in the 7000 block of Long Point. Authorities say Rodriguez pulled out a gun and shot three of the individuals at the scene. The first victim died at the scene from a gunshot wound. The second victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical condition. The third victim sustained a gunshot wound and is in stable condition.

Rodriguez, 32, fled the scene after the shooting and is considered armed and dangerous.

On May 3, Rodriguez was charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
