DA: Wife finds child porn in husband's toolbox
HOUSTON
Thomas Russell Balzumati is charged with possession of child pornography. According to court documents, on March 2 Balzumati's wife found a CD containing images of child pornography in his toolbox in the garage of their Webster residence.
Balzumati, 53, was already charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child for an earlier investigation and had moved out of the couple's home when his wife found the CD.
The wife contacted authorities who later found 190 digital images of child pornography on the CD.
No bond has been set for Balzumati.
