Transgendered widow in court on theft charge

HOUSTON

Araguz was in court Thursday on an unrelated theft charge. She's accused of stealing a woman's Rolex back in February. Araguz claims she traded with the woman for the watch. Prosecutors claim she later tried to pawn the Rolex, but balked at the price she was offered.

Araguz is currently filming a reality show, but after darting from the courtroom she screamed profanity at our cameras and demanded privacy when we tried to talk to her.

Her next court date is set for June 28. If convicted, she faces up to two years in state jail.
