Second man charged in homeless man's death

HOUSTON

Timothy Lee Berry, who police say is also homeless, is accused of stabbing, shooting and holding David Watson, 43, under water on May 21 during what prosecutors say was an attempted robbery. Watson's body was found submerged in Buffalo Bayou before 7am on May 21 near the Franklin Street Bridge.

Bond has not been set for Berry, 46.

Luis Andujar, also homeless according to police, is charged with murder in the case as well. Andujar, 41, was arrested on May 24. His bond has been set at $100,000. He has a previous robbery conviction from 1994.
