Family, friends mourn death of boy killed in golf cart accident

PEARLAND, TX It happened over the weekend in Pearland. Phillip Koterba and his 14-year-old sister were riding in a golf cart when it went into a ditch and rolled over. His sister survived the accident with minor injuries. But the nine-year-old C.J. Harris Elementary School student later died from his injuries.

Grief counselors will be at the school today.
